To report your VISA credit card lost or stolen please call: 1 (800) 449-7728. VISA representatives may refer you back to the credit union if your address has not been updated or if you would like to have the card rushed. Otherwise, they will reissue you a replacement card with a new number and it should arrive within seven to ten business days.

Please update any scheduled drafts from your VISA accordingly once the new card arrive.
